Going back in time and experience 100 year old traditional Taiwanese noodles that are made from scratch daily and pastry shops. Enjoy local jerky that tantalizes all tastebuds. Try an unique blend of herbal teas that is said to cure your ailments and improve your health. Experience dishes that are so uniquely Taiwan that it is only called by it's Taiwanese name even by those who don't speak Taiwanese.
Explore the historic district of Dihua Street, where locals and tourists alike go to induldge in dried goods such as fruits and mushrooms, as well as Chinese medicinal herbs and remedies.
Find inner peace and luck at a Taoist temple or find love at the infamous Temple of Love, the Xia-Hai City God Temple.
