Tours last between 3 to 4 hours depending on the tour route and amount of people on the tour. There will be a comfortable balance of walking through local neighborhoods and sitting down to eat at local dives. It is a walking tour nevertheless. If you have any difficulties walking for an extended period of time, we recommend contacting us to schedule a private tour.

WILL I BE FULL?

We recommend joining us with an empty stomach. Our guests are generally blissfully full by the end of the tour.

IS THERE RESTROOMS?

Yes, restrooms are available at certain locations but we recommend using the restroom prior to joining us on the tour.

IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING?

Yes, a few locations will have air conditioning , however some locations are located outdoors.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & ALLERGIES

We are unable to provide vegetarian and gluten free substitutes at this time. Please note any additional dietary restrictions or food allergies at time of ticket purchase. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

IF IT RAINS?

Rain or shine we will tour!  If the Taiwan government issues an official alert shutting down businesses or we deem conditions unsafe for our guests, tours will be cancelled. During this time guests can decide whether they would like to reschedule their tours or receive a full refund.

CAN I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?

We understand sometimes the unexpected happens. If so, please contact us within 24 hours of the tour and we will do our best to reschedule. Refunds are unavailable.

ARE GRATUITIES EXPECTED?

Gratuities are not expected, however if you really enjoyed your tour and want to show your appreciation, they’ll be more than delighted!
